Scope and acceptance
Throughout this page, we, our and us mean Holiday Indochina (holidayindochina.com), and you means whoever creates an account with us or makes a booking through this site. Using the site or completing a booking means you accept the version of these terms in place at that time.
If any part of this doesn't work for you, the right step is to close the site rather than continue booking, since a completed reservation is treated as agreement to everything below.
Using this website
You agree to use this site within the law, and not to interfere with how it runs — no attempts to break its security, reach restricted areas, or disrupt the service for other visitors.
Where a breach of these rules causes us a loss, a claim or a legal cost, responsibility for that cost sits with you.
Changing a booking
Plans shift, and we build in room for that. To change a confirmed booking, write our team with your booking reference and the change you need — our reservations team will confirm what's possible against your travel dates and any supplier deadlines involved.
Our liability
We aren't liable for loss, injury or damage a traveller experiences during a trip. Where a delay, accident, natural event or local unrest adds extra cost to your journey, that cost falls to you — which is exactly the situation travel insurance exists to cover, see below.
Flight schedules and conditions on the ground sometimes force a change to a hotel or a stop on the route. When that happens we substitute something of comparable standard, and booking a tour with us means accepting that this kind of adjustment can occur.
Passports and visas
Passports need at least six months of validity beyond the day you enter your destination country, a border requirement rather than one we can waive on your behalf.
Carrying a valid passport, visa and any other required travel document is your responsibility to arrange before departure.
Travel insurance
Tour prices don't include travel insurance, and it's worth checking with your own health insurer whether cover extends to travel abroad, since that varies by provider.
We ask every traveller to carry a comprehensive policy covering cancelled deposits, lost luggage, injury and worse. If you choose to travel without one, you'll need to sign a waiver confirming that decision before departure. For the deposit amounts and cancellation charges a policy would cover, see our [cancellation and refund policy](cancellation-refund-policy) and [deposits and payment policy](deposits-and-payment-policy).
Changes to these terms
We can update this page at any time, at our own discretion, and a revised version takes effect the moment it's posted here — there's no separate notice beyond the page itself.
Checking back before you book is the way to catch anything that's changed. Continuing to use the site after an update counts as accepting the new version, in the same way a booking counts as accepting the version live at the time it was made.
