The quickest way to reach our travel consultants is by email at our team. If you'd rather talk it through first, call our team and we'll pick up during office hours or return your call the same working day.
Every message goes to a real person who plans routes for a living, not a call centre reading from a script. Read our [about](about) page for more on how a trip actually comes together once you write in.
What to include in your first message
A few details up front save a round of back-and-forth and let us send a useful draft on the first reply:
- How many people are travelling, and any children's ages
- Rough travel dates, or just the month or season you have in mind
- How many days you can give the trip
- The pace and interests that matter most — trekking, food, history, beaches, or a mix
What happens after you write in
A consultant reads your message and puts together a day-by-day route rather than a price list. You'll see where each night is spent, what's included on each day, and where there's room to add or cut something.
From there it's a back-and-forth: swap a city, add a day at the coast, drop a destination that doesn't interest you. We keep revising the plan until it matches what you actually want, not the closest package already on the shelf. Changes and follow-up questions
Once a trip is confirmed, the same consultant who built your route stays your point of contact through departure. If your dates shift or your group size changes before you travel, write back to the same thread and we'll adjust the booking rather than starting over.
