Deposit and balance
A booking is confirmed once we've received an initial deposit set at 20% of the trip's overall cost. What's left is due 60 days ahead of your departure date, giving a clear window between confirming a trip and settling the remainder.
Paying by card
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted, though a processing charge applies on top of the amount due — 3% for Visa and Mastercard, 4% for American Express, added each time a card payment is made.
Paying by bank transfer
A wire transfer from outside Vietnam usually carries a higher fee than a domestic one, and that cost sits with you rather than with us. Write our team for our transfer details before sending a payment this way.
Paying through PayPal
Once your booking is confirmed, we can send a separate PayPal invoice so you can settle the deposit or balance through that route instead, if it suits you better than a card or a transfer.
After we receive payment
As soon as a payment clears, we send your hotel vouchers and a final confirmed itinerary by email, ready for departure.
